JMendoza IT Solutions operates Construction Tracking System, a reskinnable construction operations platform used by construction companies to manage projects, estimates, procurement, materials, assets, and variance reporting.

This deployment may be branded for a specific tenant such as Ranay Construction, but the service architecture and reusable platform remain managed by JMendoza IT Solutions.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to authorized users of the platform, including owners, administrators, accounting staff, engineers, purchasers, and other approved project personnel working under a client tenant account.

2. Data we collect

• Account details such as name, email, role, and password hash.
• Operational records such as projects, BOQ lines, baselines, procurement records, delivery receipts, and asset movements.
• System activity such as audit events, sign-ins, and permission-based changes.
• Uploaded files such as delivery photos and supporting documentation when enabled.

3. How we use data

• Provide the application and secure access for approved users.
• Store and display operational records needed to run construction projects.
• Generate reports, exports, dashboards, and variance alerts.
• Maintain security, auditability, and service reliability.

4. Ownership and control

The subscribing client or tenant, such as Ranay Construction, owns its operational and business data entered into the system. JMendoza IT Solutions owns the platform software, reusable codebase, implementation patterns, and related intellectual property.

5. Subprocessors and infrastructure

• Supabase for database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel for application hosting and deployment.
• Resend for transactional email delivery when email alerts are enabled.

6. Retention

We retain data only as needed to operate the service, fulfill client obligations, maintain audit trails, and meet legal requirements. Tenant data may be exported or deleted based on the applicable service agreement.

7. Your rights

Authorized users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data through their tenant administrator or by contacting the platform operator. Additional rights may apply depending on local law.
