Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Construction Tracking System, a reusable and reskinnable software platform operated by JMendoza IT Solutions for construction companies and project operations teams.

1. Intended users

The platform is intended for authorized business users working under an approved tenant account. It is not a public consumer service and does not currently support self-serve signup.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate business and project operations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another user account, or interfere with platform security.
• Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to handle.

3. Accounts and roles

Access is controlled through tenant-managed roles and permissions. Each tenant is responsible for assigning appropriate access to owners, admins, accounting staff, engineers, purchasers, and other internal users.

4. Data and intellectual property

Client tenants own the operational data they input or generate through the service. JMendoza IT Solutions retains ownership of the software platform, source code, deployment patterns, reusable modules, and all related intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. Tenant branding and reskinning

The platform may be branded or configured for a specific company, including Ranay Construction, but such branding does not transfer ownership of the underlying product. Reuse of the platform for other tenants or future deployments remains permitted to JMendoza IT Solutions.

6. Availability and support

The service is provided on a best-effort business basis subject to maintenance, updates, hosting availability, and the support terms agreed with the tenant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, JMendoza IT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Project decisions should always be validated by the tenant's authorized personnel.

8. Changes and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, or the end of the service relationship. Terms may be updated when the product, deployment model, or legal requirements change.
